Workshop on the topic of skilled workers and areas of expertise in hydrogen transportation
Veranstalter: Westküsteninstitut für Personalmanagement (WinHR) und Institut für die Transformation des Energiesystems (ITE) an der Fachhochschule Westküste
We have a shortage of skilled workers in almost every sector. The hydrogen economy also needs bright minds to drive forward the energy transition. But how high is the demand? And what skills are needed exactly? This is exactly what the West Coast University of Applied Sciences in Heide is trying to find out.
This requires any specialist knowledge that can answer these questions. With the help of various workshops, the West Coast UAS aims to identify key fields of activity in the hydrogen economy and develop requirement profiles.
The results are made available to the participants. They will also learn a method for creating well-founded requirement profiles for personnel recruitment and development. There will also be opportunities to network with various experts.
The first part of the series of events on hydrogen transportation will take place on 26.09. from 12 to 16:30.
And there will also be workshops on other topics. Here is a brief overview:
- Hydrogen in the transport sector and in mobility on 05.10.2023 from 12 to 16:30
- Hydrogen in industry on 10.10.2023 from 12 to 16:30
- Hydrogen in the field of heat and electricity in buildings on 02.11.2023 from 12 to 16:30
- Hydrogen production on 07.11.2023 from 12 to 16:30
