On June 10, 2023, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m., a kick-off event will take place at the STORAG site in Etzel with a prominent panel discussion, roadshow and an exhibition of selected hydrogen projects in the northwest, all in the spirit of regional cooperation.

In discussions with various projects and clusters - including H2Cast Etzel, HyBit, Hybrider Energiepark Sande, H2Agrar, RWE, SCORE and ENGINIUS - you can find out first-hand what drives the hydrogen pioneers of the Northwest.

In addition to the projects, an exclusive selection of hydrogen vehicles can be viewed at the event and close contact can be made with regional networks and other hydrogen players in the northwest.

The Northwest has the ideal conditions to map the entire hydrogen value chain - from production and storage to transportation and demand - and thus significantly support the energy transformation in northern Germany. Together with the Emsland H2 region and the Chamber of Industry and Commerce for East Frisia and Papenburg, the Northwest Metropolitan Region is actively working to make this regional potential visible and thus secure the future viability and competitiveness of the region. The Hydrogen Days Northwest 2023 from June 10 to 18 as an official partner of the WEEK OF HYDROGEN from the Northwest Metropolitan Region via Emden and Emsland to the Dutch border offer an insight into this.
