The district of Schaumburg has been selected as a hydrogen region through a federal funding program. The purpose of the funding was a potential analysis for the use of hydrogen and the formation of a network of actors. In this seminar, the basics of hydrogen are taught: Tasks of hydrogen in the energy transition, chemical properties, options for production, distribution and application possibilities. There will also be information on current and future hydrogen projects in Schaumburg. Lecture followed by discussion.

The event will be held in Stadthagen. The speaker will be Martin Wilkening from the Schaumburg Energy Agency.
