Leuphana Energy Forum 2024 - "Energy transition as a municipal challenge"
Leuphana Energy Forum 2024 - "Energy transition as a municipal challenge"
Veranstalter: Leuphana Universität Lüneburg, Klimaschutz- und Energieagentur Niedersachsen
Under the title "Energy transition as a municipal challenge", Leuphana University of Lüneburg and the Climate Protection and Energy Agency of Lower Saxony (KEAN) are hosting the twelfth Energy Forum on September 10, 2024.
In recent years, it has become increasingly clear that a heating transition is also and above all necessary to achieve climate protection targets. This heat transition must be implemented in the local authority supply sector. A large number of technical, economic, legal and financial aspects need to be taken into account. We want to shed light on these aspects with scientists and practitioners at the Energy Forum in a plenary session and in eight rounds of specialist presentations and discussions.
The event provides a forum for discussing legal, economic, technical and social issues with scientists and practitioners.
"Hydrogen in the context of the heating transition"
On Panel 1.4 at 11:45 a.m., Dr. Alexander Bedrunka, Project Manager NWN, will give a classification on the role of hydrogen inthe context of the heating transitionat the start of the panel, where practical examples and municipal heating planning in Hanover will be presented afterwards.
The event is supported by the ECOLOG Institute for Social-Ecological Research and Education and the Foundation for Financing and Financial Economics
Participation is free of charge. Registration takes place directly via Leuphana University. Further information can be found here.
