The Hydrogen Alliance South Lower Saxony (H2AS) invites all interested parties to the 9th online meeting of the H2AS lecture series on Thursday, March 23, 2023 (17:30-18:30). The topic of the ninth meeting is "Hydrogen comes first ... in the periodic table of the elements".

In the production of hydrogen, the processes electrolysis and steam reformation are usually addressed, but there are a variety of other processes via which hydrogen is produced. Hans-Ulrich Werner, CEO of Metaliq GmbH, outlines the advantages and disadvantages of various processes. He also presents a way to better compare the systems based on energy input based on efficiencies.
If desired, Hans-Ulrich Werner will also present a process that uses elemental sodium. In this process, the use of the by-products offers a special benefit for the glass industry.
