Medium-sized companies form the backbone of our economy and are largely responsible for the economic success of the South-East Lower Saxony region. However, the companies are facing major challenges, which are evident on the one hand in the current shortage of skilled workers, on the other hand in the transformation of the economy and even more so in future needs for skilled workers. Thus, medium-sized companies are confronted not only with changing markets, but also with new requirements for their employees.

In the past one and a half years, four projects, supported by REACT-EU funds, have developed solutions and offers in different ways that contribute to qualifying skilled workers for the future and thus to strengthening the resilience of medium-sized companies:

"Qualification of specialists for future technologies of the hydrogen economy", Technical University of Braunschweig.
"Transformation Hub Training and Further Education South-East Lower Saxony", Allianz für die Region GmbH
"Transformer SON - Transfer for Mobility-Education System", ITS mobility e. V.

To conclude these projects, we invite you to a joint event on March 7, 2023 at the TRAFO Hub in Braunschweig. In this context, the project sponsors will present their completed projects and discuss the results.

In addition, there will be an exciting impulse on the transformation of mobility by the Lower Saxony Research Center for Vehicle Technology (NFF) as well as the presentation of the ReTraSON project. Afterwards, there will be the opportunity for exchange and discussion.
