15th Lower Saxony Energy Days
15th Lower Saxony Energy Days
Veranstalter: 15. Niedersächsische Energietage
Topic
The energy transition plays a decisive role in climate protection. It is therefore important that stakeholders from various specialist areas come together and work on new implementations and projects.
This is why the Lower Saxony Energy Days are being held in Lower Saxony for the 15th time, this time from 20.11. - 21.11.2023.
With the subtitle "The energy transition is happening locally - it depends on the municipalities!" , it is clear that the focus this year will be on the problems and concerns of the municipalities.
The focus will be on the following questions:
-
What is in store for the networks in the municipalities?
-
Making optimum use of the municipal potential of renewable energies
-
Local politics and the energy industry - team players or rivals in the energy transition?
-
Opportunities of the energy transformation for rural areas - between value creation, innovation and participation
Important representatives from politics, administration, science and business will be involved in panel discussions, presentations and talks over the two days. Among others:
- Olaf Lies, Lower Saxony's Minister for Economic Affairs, Transport, Building and Digitalization
- Christian Meyer, Lower Saxony's Minister for the Environment, Energy and Climate Protection
